BBQ SHACK NOW OPEN!!

We are thrilled to share that the BBQ Shack is now open, bringing a true farm‑to‑table experience to the Cariboo. Operating Friday through Monday, from 11:00 AM until sold out OR 5pm, this roadside smoke shack pairs slow‑smoked meats with seasonal vegetables grown right here on our 85‑acre farm.

Our Low & Slow menu features:

Admission for two people to Horstings Farm Adventure Field, a galvanized vase, and the use of our clippers included - perfect for special occasions, or just for adding some beautiful colour to the dining table...
